Philemon Ministry Men's Reentry Program seeking Data Evaluator

Philemon Ministry is a returning-citizen-led men's reentry program in Northeast Baltimore that has been operating for 17 years. This year, the program received its first government grant and is seeking a PhD student to help set up data tracking and evaluation systems that will increase Philemon's organizational capacity to collect, manage, and track key participant outcomes during and after program participation. The commitment is approximately 5 hours per week from December 2025 to June 2026, with possible extension if additional grant funds are obtained.

Title: Data Evaluator

Location: Northeast Baltimore City

Salary: $25/hr as a W2 employee

Deadline: Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis until the position is filled

Responsibilities:

- Develop a REDCap database to track participant’s outcomes over time that is comprehensive, user friendly, and linked to pre-program and program data

- Work with Philemon Ministry staff to update current data tracking processes to facilitate case management and reporting

- Train Philemon Ministry staff on REDCap database and meet regularly to assist with data entry and data integrity
